100% Cotton
Soft hand feel, best for DTG and screen print, takes dye evenly. Slightly heavier and less
moisture-wicking. Ideal for casual and lifestyle apparel

Cotton/Polyester Blends (50/50, 60/40)
Reduces shrinkage, increases durability, slightly lower cost. Works well for screen print; less
ideal for DTG without pre-treatment.

Tri-Blends (Cotton/Poly/Rayon)
Extremely soft, vintage feel, lightweight drape. Popular for retail and branded lifestyle
collections. DTG results vary by rayon content

Performance Poly
Moisture-wicking, athletic applications. Not recommended for DTG without special pretreatment. Great for team sports and corporate fitness programs.

• 200–250 GSM: Lightweight, layering pieces
